Osaka Castle was originally built in 1583. However the castle suffered several destructions throughout it's history. The current Osaka Castle was built in 1931.

One Of My Favourites

I don't know the date for this one. I couldn't register it because it arrived after it expired and then couldn't find the person. Have decided to include it as it is one of my favourite cards, I love castles and it's a lovely card. Anyway whoever you are thankyou for the card. :)

The Neuschwanstein Castle is one of the most visited castles in Germany and one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe.

The castle is located in Bavaria. It was built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria, also known of the "Fairytale King". The construction began in 1869 and was still unfinished 12 years later when Ludwig died.

The fairytale look of the castle was the inspiration for Disney's Magic Kingdom.
